ACCUQUILT - FIRST DATE WITH BOB FEB 21 OR 22

This class introduces the Block on Board (BOB) dies. BOB dies give quilters the ability to cut an entire block from a single die. This saves even more time when creating a quilt top and other projects. It is perfect for beginners who might be intimidated by the cutting process. Layering different colors of fabric to make multiple block designs in one pass through the cutter will instill confidence and get you sewing faster. This is the class to tackle curved seams! First we’ll stack and cut six layers of block pieces at one time! Next you’ll learn to pin and stitch curved seams with a “P” foot. If you loved the Affairs of the Heart class, then try this new quilt challenge from the same company. You’ll learn to hoop multiple times to create 20” finished floral blocks--what fun! A-DOOR-NAMENT

Applique a monthly theme mini door-ornament or wall hanging. These mini quilts measure 5”X14”. They can be hung on a doorknob or used with a little hanger. Fun seasonal applique is easy enough for beginners. Make all twelve or pick and choose the ones you want. We will be doing the Valentine Theme in January. Teacher: Bonnie

CLASS POLICY

In order to ensure your place in class, payment must be made at the time of registration. Please register early so teachers and students can plan ahead. Refunds will only be given if the teacher cancels the class due to low enrollment or an emergency. No exceptions. Cancellations will be made two days prior to class. You may send someone else in your place if you cannot attend. Class fees are not transferable to other classes unless the class is cancelled. Classes canceled due to bad weather will be rescheduled or refunded. Please pick up the supply list and supplies prior to class. Most classes require the purchase of a pattern or book; this is required per copyright laws. You will receive a 10% discount on all supplies on the list. 

 

CLASSROOM MACHINES

Husqvarna Viking sergers, sewing and embroidery machines are available for classroom use at NO CHARGE! Please let us know if you want to use one, so we can get it ready for you. This is a great way to test drive - before you buy.

 

TRADE-UP POLICY
