The brand new Husqvarna Viking Brilliance 80 replaces the Diamond and Ruby and includes an introductory package valued at over $600. CREATIVE ICON EMBROIDERY EVENT WITH KAREN CHARLES - FEBRUARY 19

DIME- EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUES A-Z MARCH 22 OR 23

This great clinic includes hands-on placement, hooping and stitching. Learn to easily hoop and embroider the most difficult items easily. EPIC ADVENTURES WITH CARRIE PHILPOT - APRIL 11

Create two awesome projects unique to the Designer Epic. Hold those scissors with a lovely scissor holder that incorporates Designer Epic sequin and appliqué stitches and then is sewn together entirely in the hoop. SEWING WORKSHOP

This class is replacing the Learn to Sew class and the Heirloom Workshop. Learn to sew garments with a sewing machine or serger, work on heirloom projects, or get help with unfinished class projects. This great little purse from Indygo Junction not only has a nifty handle/closure technique, but it is a great canvas to display specialty stitches. BEGINNING QUILT CAMP 2

Blocks with triangles and Appliqué. We’ll use Pat Sloan’s “Teach Me to Make My First Quilt” book to make a small quilt or table runner from start to finish. In this class you’ll learn several methods for making half-square triangles and flying geese. Give appliqué a try in one or two blocks and see if you like it! We’ll start with rotary cutting guidelines and end with quilting with a walking foot and binding. No experience necessary, everyone welcome. We will use the Premier+2 Modify module to edit a design into seven new elements. Then we will use Encore to build a larger design that can be used for a table runner. We will incorporate the use of Split Project Wizard to cut this full design into the proper size to stitch out in the 360X200 hoop. Premier Modify module will be used in this lesson. HOOPSISTERS 2019/2020 FLEUR DE LIS QUILT, SISTERHOOD QUILT 2019 AND RETREAT PROJECTS

The Embroidablock of the month combines the Hoopsisters technique of piecing, appliqué and quilting in the hoop.  Both Fleur de Lis and Sisterhood come in all the popular machine formats and in five sizes. The new Fleur de Le is a five month quilt with a New Orleans flair and the Sisterhood requires only two fabrics and has a Celtic flair.  $20 per month includes your design files.  Come and Stitch any Hoopsisters quilt. $5 Teacher: Bonnie

GNOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

You will have this adorable 50”X62” wall or lap quilt done for Christmas 2019! Beginners can learn to appliqué in this class and experienced students can try a variety of advanced appliqué stitches. Gather with friends to work on a block kit each month for eight months. Each quilt will look different because you will choose your favorite colors for the sashing and borders. $22 per month. NEW - QUEEN AND HER COURT II

Queen and Her Court II is a special 10th Anniversary Quilt Design. Featuring traditional block designs and piecing techniques along with beautifully appliquéd flowers and vines. The rose, blush sage, grey and neutral florals on black is gorgeous. Finished size 96” X 108” $25 Teacher: Deb

CLASS POLICY

In order to insure your place in class, payment must be made at time of registration. Please register early so teachers and students can plan ahead. Refunds will only be given if the teacher cancels the class due to low enrollment or emergency. No exceptions. Cancellations will be made two days prior to class. You may send someone else in your place if you cannot attend. Class fees are not transferable to other classes unless the class is cancelled. Classes cancelled due to bad weather will be re-scheduled, or refunded. Please pick up supply list and supplies prior to class. Most classes require the purchase of a pattern or book; this is required per copyright laws. You will receive a 10% discount on all supplies on the list. 

 

CLASSROOM MACHINES

Husqvarna Viking sergers, sewing and embroidery machines are available for classroom use at NO CHARGE! Please let us know if you want to use one, so we can get it ready for you. This is a great way to test drive - before you buy.

 

TRADE-UP POLICY

When you purchase a new or previously loved sewing machine or serger from Sew n Sew, you have a full year to upgrade that machine and receive 100% of your purchase price toward the MSRP price of a new machine. Minimum of $300 to be considered an upgrade.
